Visual storytelling plays a critical role in our rollouts, and we’re looking for a Creative Director who knows how to build bold, scroll-stopping worlds around sound.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a Creative Director with strong visual instincts and 3–5 years of experience building campaigns in music, fashion, or lifestyle branding. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and artist teams to conceptualize and produce all creative assets—including single/EP artwork, promotional content, campaign visuals, and social assets. This role requires someone who can lead shoots, ideate visually across platforms, and either shoot/edit content directly or manage a trusted creative network to get it done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the visual strategy for artist campaigns from concept to execution
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to translate campaign goals into compelling creative assets
Design or oversee design of cover artwork, motion graphics, visualizers, and branded social content
Manage creative timelines for multiple campaigns simultaneously
Lead photoshoots, video shoots, and brand-building content sessions with artists
Provide creative direction across lookbooks, moodboards, and social content planning
Either have hands-on photo/video skills OR a strong network of creative collaborators (DPs, editors, graphic designers, etc.)
Ensure visual consistency across DSP assets, socials, and promotional campaigns
Work closely with artists to build authentic, compelling visuals aligned with their personal brand
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a creative role in music, entertainment, fashion, or branding
Proven portfolio of visually-driven campaigns, including work for music releases or artist branding
Strong understanding of visual trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
Ability to lead and manage shoots, direct talent, and execute creative vision under budget
Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive and implement feedback from artists, marketing, and A&R
Excellent time management and project coordination skills
Must include a portfolio of past work to be considered
Bonus: Experience with web design, motion graphics, or 3D/AI-generated assets
